Oldenburger Whipping Cream is the perfect all-rounder for all cream needs in the professional kitchen. It is heat- and acid-stable and can therefore also be used in hot application like soups and sauces. The high fat content delivers great incomparable taste and texture. With its excellent whipping properties this cream can deliver stiff and soft peaks.
