Oldenburger Chef's Cooking Cream is best for savoury applications especially with a long cooking process, yielding superb results when blended into soups, sauces and casseroles. It is lighter than ordinary heavy (whipping) cream. Oldenburger Chef’s Cooking Cream is heat- and acid-stable with a heavenly natural cream flavour. Made from pure cow’s milk.
