Step by Step
Select the desired nozzle and insert into a single-use piping bag. Each nozzle gives the piped cream a different texture and appearance.
Fill the bag up to three quarters of the way with the prepared whipped cream.
Close the bag by gently twisting it while holding the tip in the other hand. Gently press out any trapped air through the nozzle.
Use a small tray to practise piping. Use the hand at the tip to guide it while squeezing the bag with the other hand.
While squeezing gently, move the tip of the bag in small circles to create decorative swirls. Finish each one by lifting the bag up while removing the pressure.
Apply these whipped cream swirls to garnish cakes and desserts.
