- 15 g Salt
- 20 g Lime zest
- 20 ml Lime oil

This version is excellent with a fried fish, vegetables and freshly baked bread. Alternatively, you can whip the butter until foamy, mix with coarsely ground pepper, cold-smoke for a special aroma, and serve with grilled meat.
