- 750 g Oldenburger Gouda, 48% fat i.d.m.
- 150 g red onions, cut into rings
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, scliced
- 250 g blueberries
- 100 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 200 ml virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Wash the salad and pat dry. Cut the Oldenburger Gouda into approx. 1 cm cubes.Making the Salad
Arrange the cheese cubes, onion rings, tomato slices and blueberries on the salad.Making the Dressing
Whisk the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.The Final Touch
