2000 g pizza dough
800 g tomato sauce
650 g Oldenburger Mozzarella 40% fat i.d.m., grated
250 g smoked scamorza cheese, grated
300 g chicken meat, cooked and cubed
100 g Buffalo chicken wing sauce (e.g. Frank’s RedHot®)
100 g Salami, sliced
200 g Onion, strips
100 g jalapeño peppers, fresh, cut into rings
300 ml BBQ sauce for the garnish

Preparation

Making the Pizza 

Roll the balled pizza dough out into a circle about 25 cm in diameter. Cover the dough with tomato sauce and Oldenburger Mozzarella. Marinate the chicken meat with the Buffalo sauce and spread on the pizza together with all other ingredients 

The Final Touch 

After baking, dribble on BBQ sauce.
