PROFESSIONAL TIP

Open Oldenburger Panna Cotta lengthwise, use an ice cream scoop to place about 60g in each bowl, and heat in a combi steamer at 120°C with 90% steam for four minutes. Then refrigerate and finish as usual.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Before opening: For optimal quality store between +4  +8°C.

After opening: Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours. Do not freeze.
