Our Oldenburger Cheddar with its aromatic taste and natural colour is a popular classic and can be used in various hot and cold applications. With its excellent melting properties and tasty flavour our Cheddar is a perfect choice for topping casseroles or as a hearty part of a cheese mix for pizza. But it is also ideal for cold usage such as diced on salads or cheese boards or sliced on sandwiches or on a breakfast buffet. Our Oldenburger Cheddar with 50 % fat is free from additives and available as a 3 kg loaf.
