INGREDIENTS (for ten servings)

1 kg OLDENBURGER Butter, sweet (= unsalted)
15 g Salt
20 g Lime zest
20 ml Lime oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation

Beat the Oldenburger Butter (at room temperature) and salt in a whipper. Add lime zest and lime oil to taste.

TIPS FROM CHEF TO CHEF

01. This version is excellent with a fried fish, vegetables and freshly baked bread. Alternatively, you can whip the butter until foamy, mix with coarsely ground pepper, cold-smoke for a special aroma, and serve with grilled meat.
