Smoothies are healthy and delicious, and over the years have evolved from fashionable novelties into popular staples. Made with sweet fruit or hearty vegetables, enriched with oat flakes or chia seeds - the possibilities are virtually endless.

For 10 people

INGREDIENTS (for ten servings)

2 l OLDENBURGER SHANI Whipping Cream, 35% fat
500 g Lettuce
500 ml Orange juice
1 Chilli pepper
100 ml Lemon juice
50 g Peeled ginger
300 g Crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for about 60 seconds at top speed.

Serving

Fill a glass with the smoothie and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
