500 g mixed plucked salad
150 g red onions, cut into rings
200 g cherry tomatoes, scliced
250 g blueberries
100 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
200 ml virgin olive oil
Wash the salad and pat dry. Cut the Oldenburger Gouda into approx. 1 cm cubes.
Making the Salad
Arrange the cheese cubes, onion rings, tomato slices and blueberries on the salad.
Making the Dressing
Whisk the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
The Final Touch
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
