Why does the colour of cream differ and becomes off-white from time to time during the year?

Oldenburger cream is a 100 % natural dairy product. Our cows receive different feed in the winter and summer months that can cause a change in the fat content of their milk and, therefore, a slight shift in colour. A variance in storage temperature might also cause a minor change in the product colour. The product quality, however, is not affected and the same outstanding product remains.
