There are two different creams offered by Oldenburger (35% and 30% fat). I would like to bake a cream pie - do I have to add cream stiffener?

In general, both our whipping creams are suitable for whipping and both provide stiff foam which can be used for cakes and pastries. The decision to use a whipping cream stiffener to ensure extra stiff foam depends on your taste, what kind of cake you make and how long the cake is going to be presented.
